Significant outcomes.

The first year of environmental data collection on Woolami Forest provided an evidence based environmental condition assessment of the Vegetation. The Econd® values recorded are indicative of the property at the time the data was collected with much of the revegetation being immature in size, but as the vegetation matures these areas are expected to improve towards reference benchmark range.

Vegetation: Each native vegetation Assessment Unit scored highly with Econd® ranges between 27.5 to 47.9.

Limitations & disclosures.

Property size - Due to the size of the property, external factors such as neighboring properties had a large influence through the 1 km configuration context indicator.

Sub-canopy height- The Victorian source for reference benchmark does not include values for sub-canopy height. For this first account this indicator has been scored as N/A, however as the NV sub-assets include a sub-canopy cover indicator with a reference benchmark, subsequent submissions will seek expert opinion for the determination of a reference benchmark.
