About the account.
The Coralie Nature Initiative aims to manage native vegetation attributes as part of a Carbon Credit project registered with the Australian Government’s Clean Energy Regulator. The goal is to scientifically demonstrate that the carbon project is of high integrity and will enhance biodiversity attributes by accounting for the condition of ecosystems under a measurable and verified framework, resulting in an environmental co-benefit.
This project will encompass approximately 13,028 hectares of native remnant vegetation within the Gulf Plains Bioregion. The dominant vegetation communities within the project area are low open woodlands dominated by Melaleuca and Eucalyptus species.
