The Norbrook Natural Capital Account is situated along the Kolan River on a 514-hectare property characterised by varied hills and lowlands. Historically cleared for horticulture, cropping, and grazing, the land has been significantly transformed since M-Nut's acquisition in 2022. It now operates as a commercial macadamia orchard, with 199 hectares dedicated to active conservation and enhancing its natural capital value.

This area includes Eucalyptus woodlands, featuring endangered ecosystems like E. tereticornis and Corymbia intermedia, as well as Notophyll and mesophyll vine forests. It also contains MSES wetlands and vital habitats for threatened species such as koalas and greater gliders.

Previously cleared sections of the account are being managed for environmental conservation and restoration, with potential for environmental plantings. The primary aim is to monitor the condition of these natural assets, support sustainable land management, and guide targeted ecological actions. This strategic approach seeks to improve ecological outcomes and promote responsible land stewardship.
