The Manning Hill Reforestation Account is a project-scale account utilizing the AfN-METHOD-NV-06 Vegetation method. Covering 232 hectares, the project encompasses diverse ecosystems and land uses. It includes 60 hectares of native forest, 100 hectares dedicated to regeneration, wildlife corridors, and carbon forestry, as well as 72 hectares of grazing land. The property supports several threatened species of fauna, such as koalas, yellow-bellied gliders, squirrel gliders, feathertail gliders, sugar gliders, and red-tailed black cockatoos. The property is also home to a range of flora, including Eucalyptus glaucina (slatey red gum) and Rhodamnia rubescens (scrub turpentine). Together, these features highlight the property's high ecological value. 103 hectares of the project area are registered under the Australian Government’s Clean Energy Regulator’s Environmental Plantings Pilot 2014 ACCU Scheme method.
